This remarkable project is honoured with Merit Award for the Green Building Award 2023 in the New Buildings Category (Completed Projects - Residential). This prestigious recognition brings us immense joy and reinforces our dedication to sustainable landscape designs.

The site area is approximately 2865 sqm., accommodating around 140 units of residential housing. The major challenge of designing this landscape layout is that a large area of the site is allocated as drainage reserve area, and thus structures are not allowed to be constructed. However, the design intent is to provide plentiful open space including doorstep playscape within the limited space for large amount of children users.

Through the landscape design of playground facilities, and the donation of dozens of colourful balls together with 400 shrubs and groundcover plants to children and residents, we aim to provide a recreational environment and green space at the doorstep of the transitional housing, while also raising awareness about the importance of these elements in transitional housing projects.
