The Greening and Landscape Office of the Development Bureau has published the ‘Integrated Landscape Design Framework’ in 2014 to ensure a coordinated effort among the various parties involved and enhance the quality of greening throughout the city under the Greening Policy. Revisions and updates to the original document were made under the assistance of Otherland starting 2021, covering frequently encountered landscapes in public works like parks, waterfronts, roads and slopes, with examples of recent built landscapes across the city. A special section of best planting design practices was also provided.
