The project site falls within an area shown as ‘Road’ on the approved Tin Shui Wai OZP, and the project is to facilitate ArchSD to submit the S.16 application to Planning Department, so as to obtain the approval for the proposed 3-level market structure decking over the vehicle road. The public market is comprised of flat roof area, hydroponic farming area, sitting-out area, and other ancillary facilities.
