The site is located in the Kai Tak City Centre area of Kai Tak Development abutting the historical Lung Tsun Stone Bridge Preservation Corridor. Apart from the high-rise residential development, the project also provide a lush landscape design including treatment on streetscape/ interfaces to the low-rise retail belt fronting the open space of the Station Square that help foster a lively atmosphere.
